Q : can you tell me what fittings are included with this garden hose?
A : The reel is supplied with a tap connector, tap adaptor, three hose connectors and a spray nozzle

A : Hi Sarah, we are still sending orders out but many items are subject to delays and unfortunately its hard to guarantee delivery times due to the ongoing lockdown. You can get a rough idea of the timeframe by the stock status displayed under the price once you have selected the product you require from the available options.
Q : Hi so it has the fitting to connect to an external garden tap but is there anything else I will need to get it going if the external tap is all I have? Please point me in the right direction as do I need to buy a hose connector etc?
A : Hi Dawn, you will be able to use this product with everything included in the box so you shouldn't need any other equipment as long as you're just doing standard watering etc
Q : is it supplied with an ultramax hose ?
A : It would appear so judging by the colour of it, but the actual hose is not specified so it may be a generic hose and not the Ultramax type - if you contact Hozelock they should be able to confirm
Q : Please could you let me know if this is supplied with the connector hose and parts for connecting this to the wall tap, or if they need to be bought separately. Thank you Sam
A : Hi Sam, the reel is supplied with the connectors for hooking it up to your tap, but only includes the length of hose as specified (30 or 50 metres) - you can cut some of this off to make a connector hose, or you could use another hose of your choice.

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
